3. AmCham inputs for the Guillotine project*
In this section, you can find the relevant documents in both Serbian and English containing AmCham input to the Guillotine project, specifically comments and suggestions on: Corporate Income Tax Law, General Collective Agreement (GCA), Labor Law, Foreign Exchange (FX) Law (including comments on the proposed Draft), and Draft Law on medicines and medical devices.
*Guillotine project: The "Guillotine" or "SRP" project (World Bank project, working within the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development) deals with removing unnecessary and inefficient regulations with the aim to improve the business environment, reduce legal uncertainty and increase competitiveness of the local economy. 4. Bilateral meeting between AmCham and Prime Minister Cvetkovic, July 15, 2009*
